Short Decatur City Council meeting on Monday, December 30 at 8:30 AM

A very brief city council meeting is anticipated on the morning of the fifth Monday in December. The agenda consists of only consent calendar items primarily associated with the annexation of seven properties that have water service agreements, resolutions indicating intent to annex several properties that are entirely surrounded by the city, and an amended resolution for the purchase of property associated with the Brush College Rd. project.

CITIZENS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE MEETING AND EXPRESS THEIR VIEWS - Meetings take place at the City Council Chamber located on the third floor of the Decatur Civic Center (1 Gary K. Anderson Place). Free parking is available in the lot immediately south of the entrance. Citizens are encouraged to attend, and 3 minutes per citizen is allotted for public comment near the beginning of each meeting.
